It's UNION YES! At WROC
In an election held by the National Labor Relations Board, NABET members at WROC soundly rejected decertification by a final vote of 30 to 4 on Wednesday, February 7th. This overwhelming result shows that the vast majority of NABET employees at Nexstar freely choose to have collective representation.

Vice-President Jim Joyce testified that multiple ownership and the pursuit of super-profits has resulted in "[cutting] staff and resources,"
and that situations where a single company owns or operates more than one station in a market results in simply "often airing the same
news story".
